We always try to do the best we can but in the event you have not been happy with the service we have provided.
We ask that you first express your complaint to the centre manager by email to [email protected] and they will respond to you as soon as possible.
If you are still not satisfied with the outcome then please complete the form below which will go to the board of trustees. They will investigate your complaint and respond to you as soon as possible. Please note that our trustees are unpaid and their role is completely voluntary, as a result it may take up to 60 days to receive a response.
