Introducing... cuddly Coco!!

Coco's Story:

The first we ever saw of Coco was a few second long video of him in a kill shelter in Romania.

It extremely loud, extremely overcrowded and Coco was skin and bone pinned to the back of a small wooden kennel with his friend Pudding. He was shaking with absolute fear, it was absolutely heartbreaking!

Unfortunately, we had no space to take Coco in straight away but as soon as we were able to, we got him straight onto a transport van to the UK.

Coco has transformed amazingly! It's clear that he feels safe with us and senses from the other dogs that there is no need to be fearful any more.

Coco has been absolutely loving his cuddles with people, he has lots of doggy friends and he is just loving his life right now.

We are amazed at how he settled with us and we can't wait for him to flourish in his forever home.

Coco has shown to be comfortable around all of the dogs that we have mixed him with although on a couple of occassions, we have seen him think about guarding his human friends instead of sharing them with all of his dog friends, nothing has escaleted from it but it will be something to keep on top of and monitor in a home to prevent anything becoming an issue.

With cats:

Coco has been successfully cat tested. He was very calm and gentle, even when the cat was walking around. He had several sniffs and lots of waggy tails, we'd be happy for him to live in a home with cat[s].

Coco has shown signs of distress when he's without his humans. He takes a long time to settle down and will cry at the top of his lungs. He shares his kennel with another dog but this is of no comfort to him, he needs to be around people to feel safe
