Volunteer Feedback Form

We are always looking for ways to improve how the rescue operates and as volunteers are such a valued part of our team we thought getting you to give us some feedback might be the best place to start!

The form is completely anonymous, we won't know who completed it unless you choose to tell us as we don't want anyone to feel pressured or think they might get in trouble for being honest. When you are answering the questions please feel free to advise names of supervisors you have worked with if you are comfortable with it and where you feel it might be appropriate to do so. This will help us give consistent feedback to staff as we know that you might work with a range of people from covering shifts.

Please note we will review all ideas but cannot guarantee we will be able to implement them all as it might be something we already tried and tested in the past and we will also need to look at the practicality of it!
